Best surfing venue in France, and one of the most important surging venue anywhere in the world. Also wrong season for Biarritz. They could definitively hold surfing in Biarritz, but the opportunity to hold Olympic surfing in Tahiti is just too good to pass up. Athletes and surfing fans seem very excited about it. I'm thinking more of the Versaille Palace's garden...that would be an amazing place to host some Olympic outdoor events like a cross-country race...
