I swear, on a Dutch forum I'm still reminded - even this week I was - of a post I made during the 2016 Rio Olympics. Like 3 minutes before the 200m breaststroke final, someone asked who could win it, and I answered with what was my honest opinion: "Everyone except for Balandin." Yeah, no hard guess who won that one

Her best jump was once a 2.05 prior to the 2.10. Random is not the right word, more so non-logical, when your whole season is around 2 and you have jumped only once 2.05 in your career. Stefka had 18 jumps 2.05+ , so only time will tell, if it was random, fluke or whatever..
