Quotas: :GUA:MNE:CHI:DEN:IND:TUR:SWE

Guatemala’s quota will be reallocated to Argentina, while Chile’s quota will be reallocated to Brazil.

What about medal race not counted for quota ?

Do not understand why this go this way with America. for me it's unfair. So only Europe has champs after, and quotas go nornally for the highest country. Happy for India and Montenegro

I feel the same way too, either they should have all the continental qualifiers before or after or simply don’t give precedence to world championships placings over continental placings.

However, if you discount both :GUA & :CHI quota places & allocate them according to world championships rankings then :ARG still gets one of the quotas . ( As :HKG will also be not eligible)
Only big loser is :MAS their loss is :BRA gain .

We got our first sailing quota for Paris

Vishnu  Saravanan finally gets the quota which he should have got in the Asian regatta. He is certainly one of the top sailors in Asia in his class & finally he gets the tickets to Paris.
We can certainly expect a top 15 finish in Paris.
With this quota in sailing :IND have now qualified 52 in 8 sports

Actually we were confirmed 1 quota in Sailing under Emerging Nations especially Vishnu Saravanan in ILCA 7 as he was the highest ranked sailor. Hope that other sailors like Nethra Kumanan and pair of Varun Thakkar-Ganapathy step in final qualification race

As per the link you shared, Dukic :MNE is the highest places sailor under ENP in ILCA 7 class & there is only one quota under ENP . So if both Dukic & Vishnu had not qualified here Dukic would have have been ahead of Vishnu for the quota. Anyways, i feel he should have sealed his quota in the Asian regatta but good thing he has the quota here.

There is no ENP quota available in Skiff 49er Class. So no chance for Varun & Ganapathy duo under this category.
