394 new cases + 11 deaths in last 24 hours :( 66% increase in just one day but that was expected, unfortunately I think we will see the same percentage in the rest of the week.

and now Tehran is way ahead of Qom , almost half of the number is from Tehran.

I'm mostly surprised countries like ours get an 'enormous amount of foreign journalists' for our elections :d

you meant NED or SVK ?

Well, this was really considered as important (if not the most important in all history of our country) election. Mainly because of the "slovak fuhrer" aiming for governement, obviously spread the interest of the world medias (a lot of foreign medias accredited for this election and not only from Europe or USA).

Thanks god they got "only insignificant" 17 seats, still embarassing and infinite shame for our country but at least they will not be allowed to decide about the guidance of the country

Both :p

Who on earth gives a flying fuck about our little, globally meaningless countries?

Why should it be so hard to believe that there are no cases in North Korea? If they stay isolated there aren't really any reason that they should be hit...

No new cases in Turkey and North Korea and only 2 confirmed in Russia? KIiiiinda hard to believe :pope:

There’s been rumors of some cases in North Korea along the Chineee border, but nothing confirmed. Kim Jong Un has made protection North Korea (himself) from this disease a top priority.

I even heard the rumors North Korean government executed the first cases to contain the spread from a Taiwan media (which reports lots of misinformation). We can't get first-handed information there, mostly by guessing

Yeah, I trust neither North Korean, Taiwan, or Chinese media here. Unlike many, I don’t think the Chinese are trying to engage in a massive conspiracy with this thing, but I am sad they tried to cover it up a first.

    • it looks that earlier Today the  crew of Ineos Britannia made the decisive break and now they're just 1 win away from the Louis Vuitton Cup and the chance to face Team Emirates New Zealand for the America's Cup   in Today's 2 races, for the first time there was no share of victories between the  and  crews, instead the  guys were simply better than the Italians, who made a capital mistake in the choice of the jib in the 1st race and just lost the start battle (and therefore the race) in the 2nd head-to-head   now Ineos Britannia leads the best-of-13 series by a score of 6-4

    • preliminary entry list for the World Championships (non-Olympic weights) 2024   https://uww.org/article/world-championships-non-olympic-weights-2024-entries   Abdulrashid Sadulaev won the Russian trials yesterday (he didn't look good though) and therefore his name is here, as well as another Olympic Champion Zaur Uguev. with David Taylor, Jordan Burroughs and Reza Geraei we have at least 5 Olympic Champions in the list    also interesting to see lots of guys (Berdimuratov, Ganbaatar, Tsakulov, Kaipanov etc) cut weight massively from their usual Olympic weight to wrestle here.  which shows the importance of a World Championship title    ps: 2024 Olympians are not allowed to wrestle here.
    • I genuinely wonder if ski mountaineering is honestly more popular in terms of audience. Cyclocross quite certainly isn't   Although I believe the season is about to start, so Belgian TV will be busy making it look big again
    • Nordic Combined isnt a big loss. A widely umpopular sport consisting of mixing more popular sports that doesnt really hook anyone.   I rather had his quotas go to SkiMo or Cyclocross, to be completely honest
    • Is it confirmed or are FIS and other stakeholders just in talks???
