Obviously, like every four years, the usual media circus has kicked off, with Italian politics and the government demanding the FIGC president’s head on a spike.
Meanwhile, since the president is also an idiot, he doubled down, saying that football players are the only professionals and that other sports survive on government money.

Bolivia dominated the match. 16-1 corners, Iraq literally had one shot on goal in the 2nd half which was the game winner  Two of their starting '11' plays in the Polish Ekstraklasa (and one is a permanent bench player). I suspect Iraq might have one of the worst goal differences in the finals given their ultra tough group IMO.
