If Coe wins they will definitively try to host the games in Saudi Arabia at some point, but 2036 seems too early (esp with SA also having the World Cup in 2034).

As long as it’s not multiple countries worldwide (unless it’s countries bordering each other…), anywhere in India, Saudi Arabia, and probably even Doha I’m fine with pretty much anywhere.

It’s pretty much going to be either a widely spread games or one of those countires. Nowhere else is interested or can afford it.

There won't be Olympic Games in 2036. After cancellation of 28 and 32 Games, the world would simply stop caring for Olympics.
