Monzanator 3,612 Posted February 19, 2022 #563 Share Posted February 19, 2022 Tarasova/Morozov could be ahead on presentation?
dcro 10,189 Posted February 19, 2022 #564 Share Posted February 19, 2022 Tarasova/Morozov held it together. This never happens. Should likely overtake M/G on presentation. The judges can't make it any more clearer that they don't want M/G to win in Beijing. #banbestmen
dcro 10,189 Posted February 19, 2022 #565 Share Posted February 19, 2022 They win thanks to the quad twist. Gianlu33 1 #banbestmen

NearPup 2,228 Posted February 19, 2022 #568 Share Posted February 19, 2022 God I can’t even begin to imagine the pressure Sui and Han were under here. That was super close.
dcro 10,189 Posted February 19, 2022 #569 Share Posted February 19, 2022 This was close, but very much the expected outcome. The main surprise being that T/M held it together. Overall I think this was a poor quad for the pairs skating. totally disappeared, are there but miles below their previous level. While have improved slightly, the competition ended up being more one (two) sided than most recent Olympics. Also nobody really expected to see the quad twist these Olympics, but there you go, it happened. #banbestmen

Yeah, the pressure must have been enormous. If they downgraded the twist to triple then they would lose gold. But it was a quad based on TV replay
