Choking is what Shiffrin did. Posting a normal run instead of another fantastic run isn't choking at all, that's just...a normal run.

Also just want to make clear that my statement about this being heartbreaking is nothing against Vlhova at all, she had an awesome run  

 

But in gold medal position until 75% of the course and then out of the medals by hundredths....damn
