  1. Expected return to earth 0-3 lesson from Holandsko today. An outcome which never was in doubt, nice schooling for our girls, but damn they know how to play some great volleyball in that flat piece of land
  2. Wow Danka, what a pleasant surprise. Our first Olympic-event gold in the pre-Olympics Totallympics tally so very very very well done Danka !
  3. well, only what I can add to this is ...from your mouth to god´s ears my dear friend. that would be awesome
  4. Last time Slavia Prague played in košice it was during Czechoslovakia in 1985 the year when Lokomotíva Košice was relegated from TCH 1st league, no Košice team from then returned back to the elite Czechoslovak league. However, today in the UEFA Europa League Qualifying Slavia will play against Dnipro-1 in Košice (home of this Ukrainina club for the European Competitions) and thousands of Slavia fans just arrived by trains, pretty like during the good old 80s of the Czechoslovak era, when especially the Sparta Prague or Slavia Prague vs Slovan Bratislava, or Košice games were always awaited and called as federal derbies followed in the whole country Slavia Prague fans arrived to Košice after 38 years
  5. Every rare win in a non-ice hockey team sport major tournament deserve a mention First win and first 3 points to the tally after today´s - 3-0 win Eventually One more win and we may advance from the group, which was the "secretly-hoped" goal
  6. Field events Finals standards HJ 230 - 194 PV 580 - 465 LJ 815 - 680 TJ 17.15 - 14.30 SP 21.40 - 19.10 DT 66.00 - 64.00 HT 77.00 - 73.00 JT 83.00 - 61.50
  7. I see that Tužinský is this cycle really trying very hard to do everything possible and impossible to miss the Olympics Podiums and medals Every non-qualifying race, among dead lasts every qualifying race. No idea what´s the problem with this guy, definitely not the nervousness, he already have enough experiences (Olympics as well) behind his belt for that ... I can already picture how he will at the end even lose the eventual direct place through the ranking (he was even leading it few weeks ago) given the tendency... anyway...

  10. The final list of the first/second round groups shoud be official and announced by end of September, Until then there still chance for teams announcing for different reasons eventual withdrawals and thus another countries being eventually invited for replacement (I do not think it is likely personally). So still hard to say how many groups we will have, but I think "N" is the last one. Probably it will be like this WOG: A, B, C FOQT: D, E, F 3rd round: G, H, I 2nd round: J, K, L 1st round: M, N but we will see in September I guess.
  11. Final line-up announced, Sadly, Gáborík out due to minor injury and will move from the ice to the bench as coach. Another interesting additions: Daniel Alfredsson Havlát, Hudler or Byfuglien
  12. Riding for 2nd place rather for the win is for me incomprehensible attitude, sorry. He did everything to prevent anyone chasing the leader and he did it in a fantastic way just tofinish still out of medals. Complete idiot.
  13. yeah, very opportunistic and senseless style of ride... but, yeah, anyway... obviously I watched in our TV, but I wonder how other commentators spelled Svrček´s name, I imagine it can be a nice one vowel tongue twister
  14. Never saw a bigger idiot than Milesi in my life, i swear. What a pillock

  17. 18th August at 18:18 Trenčín will host the farewell match of Marián Hossa. Called Goodbye Game 81. Plenty of former superstars will play in his game Nicklas Lidström, Patrick Sharp, Duncan Keith, Jonathan Toews, Tomas Holmström or Henrik Zetterberg and from svk Zdeno Chára, Peter Bondra, Marián Gáborík, Marcel Hossa, Tomáš Kopecký, Michal Handzuš, Miroslav Šatan, Andrej Sekera, Ľubomír Višňovský and Žigmund Pálffy what a LINE-UP ! Damn, what a shame I will not be able to be in Trenčín next Friday.. this is like a once in life opportunity to watch all this Asgard
  18. The Disciplinary Commission did not miss it and met today. DAC will have to close this side of stadium and got a ridiculous fine of 1500 EUR anyway, they also send a clear state - in short: "This is not Hungary" if such act will be repeated the consequences will be more important... Traduction of the Disciplinary Commission of Football Federation statement "DK SFZ, as part of its decision-making activity, respects all expressions of fans of FK DAC 1904 Dunajská Streda realized on the basis of the right of freedom of expression of national minorities, realizing that the fans consider their club to a certain extent to be a representative of the Hungarian minority in Slovakia in the football environment. However, these expressions cannot interfere with the rights of other population groups. In the case of the choreo during the game with FC Košice, it was a significantly provocative speech containing elements of chauvinism and arrogance towards residents of Slovak nationality, which the DK SFZ evaluated as a violation of the Disciplinary Rules of the SFZ. As before, DK SFZ will continue to individually evaluate any expressions of fans that could cause significantly negative consequences in society, as was the case in this case as well" https://sport.aktuality.sk/futbal/clanok/nike-liga-dac-dunajska-streda-dostal-trest-za-transparent-2023081113394214572
  19. Stupid IIHF Age restriction rule do not allow Nela Lopušanová to play this year, as she is just 15 Our federation tried for an exception, but IIHF refused... The daughter of god will thus have its world seniors championship debut only next year... hopefully it will be in the Top division, but without Nela, I have doubts we will qualify from this tournament this time...
