At the South American Rowing Championship: Bruno Cetraro was gold in single lightweight and silver in single open. Martín Zócalo annd Marcos Sarraute were gold in doubles. Luciano García was silver in youth singles. Valentín De Mattos, Luciano García, Joaquín Vásquez and Santiago Salgado were bronze in youth quads.

Víctor Rostagno got the vault silver medal at the South American Artistic Gymnastics Championship with an average score of 13.967. Guillermo Maclean got the sabre bronze medal at the South American Fecing Championship. It's our first continental medal since 1999.

In weightlifting, Ezequiel Almeida broke an 91 kg under-23 national record with 134 kg.

Uruguay got 7 medals at the South American Junior Artistic Gymnastics Championship: Fiorella Otero was bronze at the under-14 women's all-around, and got medals in three apparatus. Isabella Marenco was bronze at the under-11 women's all-around, and got the gold medal in vault. Marenco, Camila Buck, Renata Rodríguez and Belén Sosa got bronze in women's under-11 team.
