At the Pan American Junior Swimming Championships, 18-year-old Clara de León won the gold medal in technical solo and the bronze medal in freestyle solo. This is the first ever Pan American gold for the country. De León / Agustina Medina were 4th in freestyle duet and 5th in technical duet.

I would add more team events and reduce individual events. For example, tennis and badminton has 5 medals: men's and women's singles and doubles, and mixed doubles. I would convert them into men's team, doubles team and mixed team. I would change remove all men's and women's relay races and add more mixed relay races.
