  2. I know that here on totallympics or in ENG wiki you can find more accurate and detailed data on possible Tokyo 2021 qualification quotas and startlists. But my file is obviously still under construction. And I just want to have easy-to-print file with all the data in one place, ready for July.
  3. Still working... Sources added. 21.01.29 tokyo quali.doc
  4. @OlympicsFan i am So glad i could count on your comment once again. Why don't you like Ruhrgebiet bid if you don't mind asking?!
  5. I personally think: I would love to see Tokyo 2021 happen. But if Tokyo 2021 cannot happen it should be moved to 2032 without farther biding, if only JPN would be interested, and I am not sure they would. So if there is Tokyo 2021 happening or if Tokyo 2021 is cancelled, but JPN doesn;t want to have Tokyo 2032, or IOC (which is very likely) and NBC (which is not that likely) doesn;t share my opinion on Tokyo 2032 without bid, who should get 2032 - I wonder what you think on that matter. According to EN wikipedia, parties interested in hosting 2032 are: Mumbai IND Jakarta INA Doha QAT Rhine-Ruhr GER Madrid ESP Southeast Queensland AUS And according to EN wikipedia, other potential bids are: Seoul-Pyongyang KOR/PRK Istanbul TUR Chengdu-Chongqing or Shanghai CHN Tokyo JPN North-Central Italy ITA Rotterdam-Amsterdam NED London GBR Budapest HUN My early thoughts: If i could choose among interested parties only: (euro-vision style points haha): 1. Southeast Queensland AUS 6pts 2. Rhine-Ruhr GER 5pts 3. Madrid ESP 4pts 4. Doha QAT 3 pts 5. Mumbai IND 2 pts 6. Jakarta INA 1 pt If I could choose among interested parties and potential bids combined: (tokyo 2032 excluded from the list due to what I wrote earlier): 1. Southeast Queensland AUS 13 pts 2. Rotterdam-Amsterdam NED 12 pts 3. Rhine-Ruhr GER 11 pts 4. Budapest HUN 10 pts 5. North-Central Italy ITA 9 pts 6. Madrid ESP 8pts 7. Shanghai CHN 7 pts 8. London GBR 6 pts 9. Doha QAT 5 pts 10. Mumbai IND 4 pts 11. Istanbul TUR 3 pts 12. Jakarta INA 2 pts 13. Seoul-Pyongyang KOR 1 pt I know it is not how euro-vision points system work, but that is not important, the order is important, and the difference between the points, (if I can chooose among interested parties and potential bids combined - I want NED to host the 32 olympics twice as much as I want GBR to host it) what are your thoughts on that, ladies and gents?

  9. hey @bmo I need a help in doing it. This could go well as a team work only. This thread may not be as fancy as your great idea "what would you watch today in Tokyo", but... it can be fun, too. I guess you understand the way I do it, if you want to fill in an event or two in the files in your spare time - that would be nice. Please feel free to choose whatever event you like. Maybe sb else will join us, too. And in a few weeks we will have it all and then we will only need to do some regular updates. Have a good day

  12. I say Greece and Hungary. Sorry @CCB ;-) But we will see. I don't know much about water polo honestly.
  13. Hello, This is my "possible start lists" data. It is very early draft ofc. I don;t have time to make more explenations right now, because it is quite a busy weekend for me. Only one thing - events are made in calendar order. First those which start at day -2, then day -1, then day 0, then day 1 etc, Q means someone who qualified, q is my prediction Have a good day, everyone 21.01.16 TOKYO 2020 QUALI.doc

  15. They used to be focused. They are not now.
  16. Poland doesn't deserve it, either. I was think ing 36. But now with Tokyo 32, Queensland moves to 36, and we may get 40 if we behave well.
  17. Tokyo is done and dusted. Sorry. I am So angry, sad and disappointed to know that. But it is true. See you in 32
  18. I love it. I would like to see more polls like that here. ?

  21. I hope Polish Flag bearer will be Maja Włoszczowska (2 olympic medals in MTB). But I am afraid it will be Zofia Noceti - Klepacka (olympic medalist in RS:X) , who is the most likely contender for this role these days.
  22. Hello @Makedonas great that you joined is here. What are your biggest medal hopes for Tokyo from Greek perspective? Have a good day
