Great, NOS has the rights. Meaning they'll show a couple of finals on their livestream (which can't be rewatched later) and a few minutes of highlights on TV. With the Paralympics I noticed my VPN works fine in combination with YouTube, so I have high hopes in being able to watch the World Athletics YT streams after work, when choosing a correct country. Edit: well shit, that list of countries with broadcast rights is rather big, not sure my VPN offers something from a non-listed country..
