Now that I think about it, I feel pretty stupid for not having Uran there. Because a 2nd place in the GC gives 90.000 (I'm leading by about 300.000). That's the same as an 8th place on the stage (though that one gives some money from points as well)

This stage isn't just important for the top riders in the tour, it may very well decide the manager tournament I'm in. It will be Mollema, Kwiatkowski, Bodnar and Sütterlin (My team) against Kiryienka, Boasson Hagen, Uran and Matthews (no. 2's team). The rest of our teams are identical and I'm in a decent lead before the stage. What do you think, @heywoodu?

They are usually former college players (though most at a lower level)

Haven't checked all players on the US team, but it's more or less just Europe-based players. But should still be the favourites.

BTW, I hate myself for writing this, but yes! Bouhanni is back in the pack! (I don't like him, but I have him on my team, which gives me quite an advantage, as no. 1 has both Groenewegen and Kittel, while I now only have Wyss in the 2nd group)

They're not gonna eliminate him. Matthews is surely gonna get closer to Kittel, but he's most likely not gonna eliminate him. Second of all, pretty much all of Sagan's green jerseys weren't won by him being the best sprinter. Was he a fake champion as well?

My hopes for a not so regular sprint just got a bit higher. I'm second in my league and the no. 1 team is going all in on sprinters. I've left out a few.

I actually feel that it's a pretty good bid. You can go from Düsseldorf to most of those cities in an hour or less, and I'm guessing these kinds of bids are gonna be the future of the games (which is a bit sad, but I believe it's necessary to get more interest in bidding). But there's a long way to go, but it will surely be interesting to follow. -
Right now I have the "tougher" sprinters, but haven't quite decided yet.

Should be some pretty good games for Denmark. Bowling, archery, ju-jitsu, karate, speedway and orienteering should all be potential medals.

The 4x100m was pretty close even though they had an absolutely terrible 2nd exchange. And the oldest guys are 21!

Benjamin is hereby 2nd fastest ever in Denmark on the 400m, and it looked like he wasn't giving all in the end. Is a new NR on the way?

I don't think he gives 0 fucks. It makes perfect sense to use him now that Froom isn't wearing yellow!
