Yeah, I hate the bureaucracy around the VAR system. So much unnecessary drama compared to other sports. Football can't get one modernization right.

I am starting to wonder if our federation will ever release any info about the qualified players... And it's not like we have 1 or maybe 2 chances. We should have 6 players in total, and yet there seems to be a total lack of interest as far as informing the public is concerned.

Belgium team dressage. They had one individual, and now they add two more to form a team.

They can blame that on entering 5 (!) walkers for Rio. This put their average above 8 athletes, and let's be honest, the qualification marks these race walkers achieved were dubious to say the least.

Yeah, but my feeling is that people who join for tennis are mostly interchangeable. As in, they would join even if tennis was not on program. And if there are hardcore tennis fans, some of them would rather follow sething else than a tournament of withdrawals.

How many fans join the Olympics just for tennis, though?

Just go ahead and cancel the Olympics now.... We will never qualify in a new sport.

Sweden - Team jumping Malin Baryard-Johnson (Indiana) Peder Fredricson (All In) Henrik von Eckermann (King Edward) Rolf-Goran Bengtsson (Ermindo W) 4 riders? Yeah, we can expect a lot of this for jumping. Teams have an option to change a rider between the individual and team competitions, so I suspect most teams will actually present 4 Olympians in jumping.

Is there a replay of the final available somewhere?

Should be win-win for Canada. They either get the continental spot, or the host quota.
