  1. Right. Germany. But Switzerland still qualified every time save 1996. And with 22 duets on board, Slovakia would not have qualified in 2016 either.
  2. Well, that was... Meh.
  3. Really? Switzerland and Germany are almost permanent fixtures here, and they too failed to qualify. Besides, the field has been reduced from 24 to 22 duets.
  4. History for Liechtenstein. A microstate qualifying in an event like this (with fully home-grown athletes) is rocket science, but apparently possible.
  5. No additional time.
  6. Agreed. This is so incredibly annyoing. Another example is when someone makes up a lot of time towards the end, and takes the lead, they keep repeating "A lot of time can be made down below!!", even though the leading splits are now completely different...
  7. Feeling bad for Lisjak, but then again, we have qualified quite enough combat athletes up to this point. I want something else.
  8. Disqualified? Hopefully he will still get the 10th rank plus the according ranking points...
  9. Exciting result for Marinić. I really hope he will be able to reach semifinals this summer.
  10. Run-out for Padraig McCarthy & Leonidas in Bicton... Most likely no Olympics for the World silver medalist (individual+team)... That is, unless those silver medals give him a benefit of the doubt, but the doubt here is pretty big.
  11. Well, Ahlmann is at least replaceable, when compared to Blum (on Tryon 2018 form) and especially Klimke. Sonke Rothenberger is out too, but he probably would have been a reserve at best given the recent trends.
  12. Believe it or not, this is the first time someone from Guatemala will compete in a stadium event since Sydney 2000! They are too saturated with road runners and walkers.
  13. Phew. I feel for the Danes, but damn, talk about poor judging.
  14. What on earth happens if everyone finishes on 3 pts?
  15. Extremely close between for the last spot. is around 1.5 pts ahead.
  16. A bus has entered the field.
  17. Oh right. I completely forgot Finland qualified for this thing.
  18. Liechtenstein now has a huge lead over Switzerland!! Provided Colombia does nothing crazy, history will be written tomorrow.
  19. This is both interesting and hilarious. Sweden was accidentally introduced as Switzerland. And then, only after their routine the correction was made... Causing a pretty long judging hold.
  20. First ever Olympic trampoline athlete for Colombia.
  21. I thought Gavranović's legs (feet) were not in the offside, while his upper body probably was. Which begs the question, what part of the body is being looked at in an offside situation? Any?
  22. Louis XIV the Sun King is finally going to the Olympics.
  23. Yes... Also, Scolari is from Simone Pearce. Huracan is from Henri Ruoste. Ludwig der Sonnenkoenig is from Victoria E. Valentin. Just your typical Japanese selection. Japan Racing Association (JRA) acquired all these horses.
