Most of the athletes did poorly at their zonal qualifiers. Additionally, the nation has to formally apply for the quota months ago. Considering fencing had no direct tripartite quotas, some nations may have skipped applying for it in favour of other events.
But then again, everyone knew France wouldn't need host quotas in fencing, at least not all of them, so it looked very probable from the start that tripartite spots would be on offer for the first time since 2008.
Hency why I belive all of them will be allocated.

So at least three nations between will make the Olympics. That's pretty cool.
Cheering for Guinea the most, of course.- Speedy, Olympian1010 and Adriano

Solidan start i u muškoj dasci i ženskom skifu.
Bilo bi odlično kad bi se tu našla bar jedna kvota.

Lithuania confirmed their entries to Paris. No surprises or shocks, as I don't think anyone else would be even eligible to enter :
Dressage: Justina Vanagaitė with Nabab
Eventing: Aistis Vitkauskas with Commander VG
Source: Here
For Aistis that is the case, but in dressage there should be two reserves on the ready: Sandra Sysojeva and Dalia Katinaite-Pranckeviciene.
Sadly Sysojeva was out for most of the last season when the team qualification mattered, however this year she made a stellar debut on a new horse Maxima Bella - 70% right off the bat.

Equestrian association has published this information on FB which says that they have received a quota in individual eventing for Miroslav Trunda. I had not seen the official information anywhere but according to their statement, it is an official quota allocation from FEI
Trunda may get in, but only in case someone withdraws as he is the first reserve.
At any rate, this can't be official since the FEI will only start allocating individual spots on February 19 (once all teams are confirmed).

Where i can see the archeived MERs?
Only by looking through the result manually.
Projected dressage qualification can be seen here at the bottom.
And there is one more change compared to my projection. Groups D/E are indeed combined in eventing, so +1 -1.

Hi @dcro, can you comment on this
https://inside.fei.org/media-updates/fei-publishes-olympic-and-paralympic-rankings-paris-2024They have not applied the reallocation of the unused team spots (yet), hence why the individual list is subject to change as explained in the wording.

Is this confirmed now? Have they released the official rankings? Is it provisional & subject to him attaining the MER before June?
Rankings are out now and it is confirmed. Agarwalla has earned a spot. Textbook last ditch effort.
He is safe to qualify even if FEI changed the rules now and allowed Brazil to keep their team. What a disappointment to have the same thing happen again, this time even after beating Canada at the Pan Ams.

It is still unclear to me whether the Groups D & E in eventing are combined or not.
I assumed they weren't, but if they are the only net change is that would get a second spot at the expense of missing out. -

Plus either Guinea will qualify for the first time since 1968, or Indonesia for the first time since 1956.
