Yes, but as there was no European team Olympic qualifier (as France qualified a full team in artistic swimming as hosts) Spain’s quota would get reallocated to Canada should they qualify a team if I’m not mistaken.

Italy, but not that it matters IMO. Spain could possibly secure a team quota tomorrow, which would reallocate the duet quota to Canada (I think)
 
Canada is also in the mix for a team quota, but based off of free prelims, it’s safe to say that Canada won’t be qualifying a team, so the quota is unlikely to go to a nation further down in the rankings. 

Full synchro team for Ukraine. Is that a joke? ABSOLUTELY FREAKING NOT, we served once again consistent dives and take the quota away from such powerhouses as Mexico/Germany

It's really nice to see men's artistic swimming developing well. It's a beautiful sport, and in my opinion the combination of the better judging system that was recently implemented and the development of men's artistic swimming ensure the sport will stay in the Olympics for a long time.

However, since we don't know how many of this quotas are availeable I wouldn't venture doing any guesses. The Italian NOC probably did the math. Her second athlete isnt to far away is more than posible that reallocation gets to her.
