  1. There's no such thing as too many medals Other than that, Schempp doesn't look to be in good form, his shooting is below his standard, which makes me wonder if he has a chance in the Individual. Peiffer could perform in the individual, he's shooting well, but doesn't have the ski speed and I'd watch out for Lesser too. On the women's field, I think you'll be able to celebrate, because I don't think it's the last medal that Dahlmeier will be taking.
  2. I loved this race Dahlmeier as brilliant as always, Wierer, I have a hunch will get her gold in the Individual. Marie Dorin-Habert showing us spectacular results two years in a row and Hildebrand just being Hildebrand, always raced out of the medals Hoping that Kaisa Makarainen does something, really want her to medal. Don't know if Individual or the Mass Start is her better chance.
  3. Bjoerndalen, J.Boe, T.Boe, Svendsen. I'm not that certain that the French could keep up with the gold. They have all the best chances for silver and bronze, but I think Germany will not let Norway get away that easily. Russia is a slight question mark and perhaps a very huge underdog chance for Austria, but that's all on Julian's shooting.
  4. Still, it's quite underwhelming to know that the only gold medals that are open for men is the Individual race and Relay (for Norway, Germany or Russia)
  5. 1. Biathlon 2. Biathlon 3. Biathlon 4. Cross-Country Skiing 5. Short Track Speed Skating
  6. Men's tour as underwhelming as always Good on Svendsen for managing to outsprint Johannes Boe. If he placed 4th today with Johannes destroying him on the last lap, I would sense a retirement incoming.
  7. I was already worried due to your late arrival
  8. A great performance by Lithuanian Tomas Vaitkus recorded a win in the second stage of this competition
  9. To be honest, she consistently gathered 4th places this season Really impressed with how she managed to shoot clean during the most stressful race of her life.
  10. Well, I am very excited Although I'm very late to the party, since I finished watching both sprints 30 minutes ago, I am very impressed with Tiril Eckhoff, I wrote her off, because I didn't believe she would cope with the standing. An amazing last lap from Dahlmeier, a great race by Dorin-Habert. Kaisa Makarainen a bit misfortunate with early bib number, Hildebrand probably as well, slightly surprised to see how Wierer faded in the last lap, but overall, this is the most exciting women's tour in years. On a side note, a brilliant start for Lithuanian biathlete Tomas Kaukėnas, whom scored the best Lithuanian WCH performance for men since the 1993 19th place by Jasinskas. That leaves me very excited for both pursuit races
  11. I really really hope Lithuanians select this song to represent us in Sweden. At the moment, this song is amongst leaders, but there are three other songs that are getting more votes every week

Rytis Sakalauskas / Lina Grinčikaitė. 800m. Natalija Piliušina. High Jump: Raivydas Stanys. Heptathlon: Austra Skujytė
  13. Surprise surprise. A wild comment appeared PS: To not make this comment spam worthy I'll add some additional relevant information as well such as: I am eagerly awaiting the contest, but I think it would be smart to wait a couple weeks till Totallympics gets back on its feet and the community comes back, because it would be slightly weird to organise a music event on a sports forum, when the sports are not yet organised. I think we need a bit of time.
  14. Our only medal hope Simona Krupeckaitė caught the flue a week prior to the championships. She travelled here nonetheless, but it's highly unlikely that she will start She was in very good shape to go for a Keirin medal.
  15. We have only 1 athlete qualified for the Indoor World Championships and it's our High-Jumper Airinė Palšytė. She could possibly snatch a medal here if the nerves don't get to her, though they usually do.
  16. Yes and sometimes people are attracted with the idea of a new start and they are embracing the change, for example me (Although I can't deny that I wanted to change my old avatar a long time ago)
  17. Yeah, it's like the only contest that I was genuinely good at apart from some professional guessing in other competitions
  18. It's great to be back and also a heart-warming thank you to those members who kept their nicknames or avatars the same, because it's the only thing apart the smileys that I recognise at the moment During those 5 years my eyes got so attached to everyone's avatars that I mostly learnt to tell them apart by looking at the pictures, now in some cases it's rather confusing
  19. The most painful thing about Totallympics going down was the fact that it did go down right before the Biathlon prediction contest which I was anticipating for a couple of months
