    This is what I don't like about AI predicting sports events. When it comes to the countries, the table just looks too similar to the last Olympics.

    One of our television channels just published a predicted athlete count at the Olympics: Ice Hockey: 25 Biathlon: 7 Alpine Skiing: 4 Luge: 2 Ski Mountaineering: 2 Figure Skating: 1 Bobsleigh: 1 Short Track Speed Skating: 1 This should add up to 43. However, for some reason, Cross Country Skiing and Ski Jumping were completely left out.

    It's amazing. Others might not see it as an achievement, but being able to catch up with the frontrunners until the very end of the race is fantastic. Aren't we comfortably at a solid position in the women's rankings? Shouldn't four female quotas be expected? @hckošice

    We've been told that during the past 3 tournaments as well. There won't be many opportunities left. While I obviously believe they can do something big this year, it will be crucial not to screw up the quarterfinal game from the very beginning.

    First winter podium for Slovakia! Amazing. Nice to see us finally on the podium this winter. Feels like a good step forward for biathlon here, hopefully, a sign of better things to come. Solid result, let’s hope for more like this.

    Absurd and wild, but much better to happen during a World Cup race rather than the Olympics.

    I can't really decide between Alpine Skiing and Ski Mountaineering. Vlhová definitely has the skills and power to earn at least one more medal, even gold, and Jagerčíková is the current world champion in her event, although we know nothing about the sport and how it's gonna turn out at the Olympics. Alright, I might have been too pessimistic: Positive scenario: 2-4 medals (counting another Ice Hockey miracle) Negative scenario: 1 medal
