Random fun fact about me, that I thought I’d share after watching the women’s long jump final, as it brought back some memories 
 
Back in grade 7 (so 12 years old), I did long jump, and I wasn’t half bad at it! At our school athletics “championships” (not sure what to call it) day, I won my grade title with a best mark of 2.51m! (keep in mind my age…)

Iapichino moves into the silver medal position with 6.94m. 

Only the 7th medal (5th Silver, 1-5-1) of at the European Athletics outdoor Championships since the independence.

Another medal, just incredible for us 

Femke Bol tried her best to make the race exciting but then switched from easy jogging to running in the last 12 meters or so  

It took me 6 days to find out that the mascot is the colosseum, the whole time I thought it was a tooth, like they have at my dentist
