  1. I take it you haven’t been following along with the Summer Grand Prix? Frantz won bronze in Wisla back in September, not that surprising.
  2. Bronze for Dylan French in men’s epee at the Vancouver WC, his first career WC podium!
  3. Silver for Ivanie Blondin in the women’s mast start at the ISU Nagano World Cup! Looked visibly disappointed with the outcome.
  4. Bronze for Eleanor Harvey at the Vancouver Women’s Foil WC!
  5. In terms of total medals, yes. In terms of golds, I’d be fine with anywhere from 6-8. @intoronto you don’t think we’ll do better or at least the same? Bit surprising.
  6. Will share my first batch of predictions here when I have the time, now is a busy time for me though with a whole bunch of sports in full swing.
  7. Women Gold- Switzerland Silver- Sweden Bronze- Scotland Paetz was on fire today, nothing Sweden could do about it. Hasselborg actually said in her post game presser for Sweden that the team didn’t play that bad, which I’d agree with. Men Gold- Germany Silver- Scotland Bronze- Norway Germany is really starting to establish theirselves as a medal contender for the upcoming World Championships and Olympics. Between them, Scotland, Sweden, Canada, Italy, Switzerland, and maybe Norway/United States the battle for the medals will be exciting. Shocked to see no or in the playoffs Full Results

  14. is considering US born goalie Joey Daccord for the upcoming 4 Nations Face-Off. https://thehockeynews.com/news/team-canada-is-seriously-considering-usa-born-joey-daccord-for-4-nations-face-off .923 SV% in 13 games, and 9-3-1 on the season. Would be a big pickup for our goalie issues.

  20. Men’s side is absolutely cooked. I’m hoping Bujnowski/De Bruin can come back next season and strengthen our women’s side. De Bruin hasn’t retired even with her suspension, she still has plans for Milano-Cortina 2026, not sure about Bujnowski.
