  1. Okay, just got caught up with biathlon. WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON??????????????? Natalija Kočergina with a PB of 27th place and clean 0+0 shooting, probably in the most underwhelming biathlon season for Lithuanian women in the past 10 years I am utterly shocked and very pleasantly surprised at the same time, especially after the very mediocre start in the mixed relay. If Natalija can do it, I'll have a bit more faith in our men's team as well now. I am extremely proud of this result

  2. Okay, I'm starting to HATE the ES coverage. 5 skiers in and they go ad break then we listen to some USELESS expert talk... will we get to see anyone other than Top 15 names on the course/range? What is this CRAP???

  4. Hard to believe, but this was really the first ever world champion title for Nastya Kuzmina, the only female biathlete to win Olympic golds at 3 consecutive Olympics never won a world championship, she finally did it in her last careers season at 34. Now she has only 1 dream remaining, to fulfill before the end of the season and career a perfect 20/20 shooting she never achieved yet in her long and extremely successfull career. After Petra Vlhová in Are Giant Slalom last month, 2nd Winter (Olympic event) sport World Champion. Bravo Nastya !

  6. There's no anti-Norwegian doping fight in cross country though. They legalised Symbicort as the TRUE magic potion after Norway got their asses spanked in Liberec 2009. All the beef is anti-Russian. In biathlon their issue has been about shooting, if Tandrevold doesn't randomly blow 3-4 misses like Eckhoff & Olsbu then she could dominate like peak Tora Berger. Look at the men's side, once JTB started to hit 9/10 - 19/20 and not 7/10 - 15/20 he's unstoppable. Frode Andresen & Lars Berger would have seriosly eaten into Ole Einar's dominance if only they for once sorted out their shooting.

  8. Okay, I guess there's no time like the present to announce the Lithuanian song for this competition. LITHUANIA Gebrasy - Acceptance Lyrics: And you might think That I'm a stone that has no feelings But I'm hiding them from you And isn't it obvious? The way I look into your eyes That I wanted my love for you, I do... Every time when I'm feeling vulnerable Step back, step back, don't come any closer It's hard to keep my hands off you I just wanted to say If we played poker you would lose on sight Cause you're one of a kind It's a relation where the ship won't sail Cause you won't be mine I know, it’s not your fault that I’m not content with what you’re giving I visited your house, ignorance is the place you live in And we’re gonna keep it that way And you don’t realise How valuable you are to me And that I wanted my love for you, I do… Every time when I’m feeling vulnerable Step back, step back, don’t come any closer It’s hard to keep my hands off you I just wanted to say If we played poker you would lose on sight Cause you’re one of a kind It’s a relation where the ship won’t sail Cause you won’t be mine I know, it’s not your fault that I’m not content with what you’re giving I visited your house, ignorance is the place you live in And we’re gonna keep it that way Cause you wouldn’t feel the same Okay, it’s not your fault that I’m not content with what you’re giving I visited your house, ignorance is the place you live in And we’re gonna keep it that way, oh ooh And we're gonna keep it that way

SERBIA Željko Joksimović - Menjaj pesmu https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rGGThqTA4uE Change the song I'm used to the fact that my step goes along with yours I'm used to the fact that our cheeks are burning together days and meridians are shifting, but without us sorrow you too go to hell, she's not worth of my attention I can do better, but I'm concerned with some issues like for example, do you still have anything to love me with I gave you everything I would have done it even before Change the song, rewind the one meant for our dance bring back to me that world more beautiful to remember all past days (Replace everybody) replace everybody, but keep me close we loved each other too much for me to become insignificant one for you But January forgets so easely about December but we can't forget it just like that Isn't that right, my love? Change the song, rewind the one meant for our dance (Change the song) People don't stay in touch, there's no one to bring you up they start fighting, and love disappears days and meridians are shifting but without us I gave you everything I would have done it even before Change the song, rewind the one meant for our dance bring back to me that world more beautiful to remember all past days (Replace everybody) replace everybody, but keep me close we loved each other too much for me to become insignificant one for you But January forgets so easely about December but we can't forget it just like that Isn't that right, my love? 16. I like ex-biathlete Herbert Cool, working for Dutch Eurosport He started as biathlon commentator, then became the 'face' of Eurosport during the Pyeongchang Olympics (hosting a talk show and stuff like that) which he also did very good and now sometimes he also takes over for stuff like cross-country when the main XC commentator is unavailable (for example because he's doing athletics commentary ). Internationally speaking I very much like the Martin Haven/John Morgan bobsleigh and skeleton duo, I find them a delightful and very friendly duo to listen to. I like oldie Tim Singer (FIL/luge) as well, also because he often seems to be doing his best to have some new athletes join him in the commentary booth (like Veronica Ravenna of Argentina/Canada this season).

  20. I think aiming at 50% of women quota in some sports is a shame considering the number of men/women athletes playing in those sports both in professional and amateur level. Just like having the same prize money in tennis tournaments and then in joint tournaments trying to fix the schedule in order not to show stadiums are full for men's matches and empty for women's matches
