What's next? Lithuania giving 12 to Maschin and nada for Tajna?

If  ends up in the Top3 again, they would be the second country to finish in the Top3 in three consecutive TISC editions. The first was  (O2017, A2018, O2018). Interestingly enough  never managed to do this.
