:KSA vs :ISR in first round of +78 women

TBH given Saudi Arabia and Israel are unofficially sort of chill at the moment I doubt this will cause too many issues.

+100kg

Well, :FRA Teddy Rinner as qualified No.13 in case of his victories he will probably face the Pool A Final match against :RUS Bashaev as seed No. 1

:CZE Lukáš Krpálek may probably face :GER Frey in the second round and there is expected a Pool D Final match against his probably most not favorite judoka :NED Grol

:CAN

Shady El Nahas and Ecaterina Guica both drew opponents they have only lost too (0-1 records)

Klimkait has a bye, looks to have the best draw of all Canadians

Beuachmin-Pinard faces Denmark first, 2-0 against her, versus winner of Austria (0-3 record) v China (1-0). Brazilian is highest seed in her side of bracket.

Arthur Margelidon faces Saudi Arabia first (1-0) and then next match would be against Armenia (never faced) or Kazakhstan (2-3, with the 3 loses being the last 3 matches)

AVF faces Greece (0-1) record.

Looks like it will be hard to even get 1 medal rip

Are judo draws conducted by some Sri Lankan official by any chance? Last time they got American Samoa and won. This time they get another beatable opponent - Djibouti. :p

    • Yeah. It was pretty bad that they cancel the contract with the original creative director after 7 months of work. I feel like politics, in this particular context of the changing of prime minister and the cabinet, may had caused changes in organizational decisions regarding the Sea Games including the direction of the opening ceremony.
    • That's what I figured.  Wouldn't be a proper lead up to an Olympics without some media-fueled fearmongering.
