He could try and go the Virginia Fuchs/Laurence Vincent-Lapointe way, considering the contaminated batch and/or cancer medicine in the pasta sauce defenses probably won't hold with a variety of different substances

I’m actually wondering if he will go with poisoning instead if contaminated supplements can’t be proven.

Apparently the substances are all fairly similar chemically  and would be able to be taken in one dose.
