Kubot and Melo were very clutch when in trouble on own serve in 5th set. Unfortunately Kubot started servebot mode at 0-40. I don't think Marach and Pavic did much wrong there.

Very big congrats to Kubot and Melo!!!  It's second Kubot's grand slam title in doubles, first since Australian Open 2014!  And one of very few grand slam titles in history of Polish tennis! Also in this season Kubot and Melo not lost any match, 3 tournaments, 3 titles  And they almost secured their spot for World Tour Finals

i'm sure it's gonna be a tough one for Federer against Cilic , despite not losing a single set till the final , but Federer is not on his best form which he started the season with winning a treble majors , Cilic is very dangerous on the service line and from base line so he has all chances to win wimbeldon today , Roger has to be in his best to defeat him , so i think it'll be 50-50 and i hope it's Roger's 8th title here

20-year old Diede de Groot won the women's wheelchair singles title, her first GS win 

 

Fun fact: she is born in uninteresting and unimportant Woerden, a rather meaningless town. However, apart from De Groot, also Jiske Griffioen and Esther Vergeer (a combined total of 65 Grand Slam titles and a shitload of other wins and Paralympic gold medals) were born there....it's like being born in this useless town makes you a fantastic wheelchair tennis player
