Only Russia succeeded to qualify a full quota with 6 athletes in Taekwondo

nope, Russia and Iran ;)

btw we only got bad and worse results since the "Rio disaster" but this was a good result here in Tunisia. good too see our TKD is still alive. even though winning only one gold medal is a bit disappointing.

My bad , i missed an iranian Flag among qualifiers :d and ofc it's been a very good tournament by Iran both in men and women

Ok 3 quotas for us with one final and two semifinals. Ok results. I hope that we will win one medal at world championship. Of course our main hope is Serdja Stevic (she did not paricipated in this qualification).

I don't understand the staff at our NOC said publicly to media that we have 16 athletes per April 2018

According to them, we have two weightlifters, two beach volleyball players, one cyclist, four badminton players, two climbers, and five swimmers....

While they are right about weightlifters and the beach volleyball players (and yes we have some swimmers in A-Limit), I can't find info about other athletes which is weird. No way in badminton we will send send 4, it is going to be 1 boy and 1 girl.

Even back in 2017, they created a fuss about how good our swimmers are and claimed we have 17 swimmers through while most of them just made it to the B-Limit

to be able to qualify 5 Swimmers , you must have been ranked in Top 16 in last Senior WCH , i don't think Indonesia was among those countries , other wise u can qualify 2 men and 2 women as a max.

Interesting how they can work for NOC when they can't even read the rules lol

    • Hope so (for my adopted country, Norway, that is). Torino 2006 was the first Winter Olympics I followed closely and it was nothing short of a disaster for Norway. Strangely enough, that was actually the reason I became an avid fan of Norwegian winter sports and have been ever since. As for my actual home country, Greece, a medal for Ginnis in slalom (alpine skiing) would be a miracle.
