Polish players play badly compared to the national league, many mistakes, ineffective attacks. The whole game depends on Stysiak... even with weaker players, we don't exist without her. Italy is a class better than our team even with this coach. We should do our best to save this good ranking

Even after 25-9 in fourth set? You never know with womens sport, especially in team sports, I believe that it was this one always one bad match during long tournament and now will play better and will be more motivated after troubles.

And nice road to lost second.  I told everyone everywhere US and Italy easy win here with quota.

I think Germany makes a good chance too. Especially when Poland is in a bad form, Italy misses a lot of their good players and USA is the last opponent of Germany (I fear USA is already qualified by then and will give rest to some of their best players).

You saw the last matches with Turkey or now with Korea? Italy will win easily. Too many mistakes.

Germany lost a set against Colombia today. If losing a set against South Korea is a bad sign for Poland, than losing a set against Colombia is an even worse sign for Germany. :d

Korea is 36th in the world, Colombia 21st. That'quite a difference. But I agree, losing a set against Colombia isn't impressive either. But still I think Germany has a good chance for a win against Poland (and in the last game against USA).

Its difficult for each team to keep high form by whole long season. I want just remind that Italy is playing here without their best players and also are without high form as at VNL. Do you remember that they finished EC without medal losing to Netherlands? I think that we still are favourite for quota (alongside USA) here, mostly by playing in home. Mark my words.

Given the amount of pessimism on this thread, I would not be surprised if in the end no team qualifies from this tournament

@Benolympique can you help us out and provide some optimism, or do you also think :FRA will somehow fail to qualify?
