Thanks god, for now, it looks working for me... well RTVS will show only Athletics div I and II + canoe slalom finals so it should be because of that

The funny thing is: it's not geoblocked well at all. 

 

If you got the link to the actual stream, you can watch it anywhere, even in the countries where it should be locked.
