looking at it, it should be a leaked list of athletes whose biological passport has been analized by this supposed "Hematological Expert" (whose name also we don't know) and declared suspicious rather than absolutely abnormal...

 

moreover, it's a quite old list, as all those guys have their last analysis taken at the beginning of 2016 at latest...

He tested positive in 2019. All his results since then have been invalidated.
