Michael Johnson thinks USA are DQF on last change.

I watched the replay of the pass it looked in the zone, but close.  Hall came close to the Jamaican anchor but didn’t appear to interfere.

Anyway, they’re getting the medals now.

That was really good comeback from Neeraj. Didn't look in good shape initially, but crawled back to silver position. Peters was in awesome for.

Terrible night for the Dutch with neither of the 4x400m relays qualifying, Hassan not medalling and the QF loss to a penalty at the football Euros.

:CAN Damien Warner hamstring goes in the 400m, so a big shock win for someone.

:PUR Lead, Owens-Delerme.  :CAN Still in second, but nobody expects that to last.

Owens-Delerme’s time of 45.07 in the Decathlon 400 meters is also the new national record in the event. Previous record is 45.60 by Hector Carrasquillo set in 2010.

That time would also have placed him sixth in the finals of the men’s 400 meters.

Warner :(

That's the end of the battle for gold, at least hopefully. Hopefully, because if it isn't, that'd mean Mayer gets an injury, NM, fall or something like that, and nobody wants to see that.

Kaul still in excellent position for silver, but at least that is tight with Ziemek and Owens-Delerme now :d

:ALG inexpected silver in 800 m for Sedjati , this race of shame they put the  best one on line 8 because he didn't pay or because he is not pro-USA!!?  Finished 5 with the worst personnal time ... USA shouldn't host anything
