USA commentator also said Canada advances, but unless the *times* on the live results are wrong won.

Yeah I was confused when he said Canada won, had to check the main site.

The rules to this seem to change everytime I watch. It used to be if I remember right that a team with the fastest time progresses but now it's the total time that counts? In that case we progress. If the fastest time is taken then Canada goes through. 

 

Also the blue side has all the wins...

It's been the fastest combined men's and women's time since at least 2017.
