He only needs one person rejecting their place It's so sad what happened to Hugo Catrileo, First of all he was in the top64 on the first deadline, so his quota should have been confirmed by then. But they totally ignored that. And now he was kicked out of the ranking due to the Universality quotas. I wonder if he can still climb back through reallocation.
