I think I’ll just make a huge blog post with all my photos and descriptions, if people are interested. I’m having trouble uploading lots of photos. Until then here’s me with the ‘Azerbaijani’ skier (really cool guy!)

OMG. 13th place it is something AMAZING for Lithuanian Biathlon, we haven't had that for more than 6-7 years!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There's not enough emojis that could explain my happiness. Tomas Kaukėnas also won the Olympic funding today, so he'll definitely be celebrating. Anyways, amazing day for Swedish biathlon, brilliant race by Samuelsson. Also, happy to see the German men's team shining. Add a medal for Schempp and I'll be very happy

They should just stop this nonsense and give a 2nd run for all athletes when we have better conditions.

Probably because @dareza didn't cheer for him this time

Do we really need to have this "scoreboard OBS journalist" commentating speed skating? He thinks you're slow if you are not as fast as Kodaira in the first 300m.

If Germany can get an extra gold in luge relay, and Norway can get extra golds in x-country relays and the Dutch can get more golds in team speed skating, we can have one in team figure skating. As a Canadian, we're not really strong at the events where one person can win 4, 5, 6 medals (biathlon, x-country, even speed skating). Most of our athletes only have one shot, short track being the one exception. It's nice for us to get a little bone finally. If we can put up with certain countries getting golds for 15km races, 15.2 km races, 15 km race but this time skiing a little differently, etc., then you guys can put up with us getting one gold in a team event.

2 more things: - Very happy for Gerald Hönig, he said he never forgot about the desaster in Sochi, so the results here must be a huge relief for him - Makarainen, Wierer and Domracheva deserve at least a medal given the season so far. I demand the following results: Mixed relay: Gold for Italy Individual: Gold for Makarainen Mass start: Gold for Domracheva Thanks!

oh no doubt, it's more impressive that she was able to do such a great run when everyone else failed

I wonder if any performance with a fall can be called amazing anyway

I was about to ask who that was because I couldn't find him. The name is Kei Saito.

Le programme court à déjà eu lieu ? Oh wait... A la limite, c'est intéressant comme stratégie: du preventive shitstorm en quelque sorte. Si vous ne souhaitez pas une polémique de proportion épique, filez nous la victoire

I remember the same, but for speed skaters at the Universiade. Still, it's always something a little different than the usual names

This is referred to 2018, only 1 continental championship per continent will be counted for olympic ranking list, the last to be held during qualification period. It should probably going to be European Championships 2019 in Spain

Tomas Bach... Yesterday - luge competition - bronze for Germany Today - biathlon - bronze for Germany German delegation will stop him to visit the venues

Don't know how it works, but 13th and 17th place surely put you into mass start.

So cool that someone like Samuelsson, who has been rising ever closer to the top for a year or so now, gets there at the exactly perfect moment!

Yep, that was an awesome race by her. Too bad the pursuit format is so messed up, but that's really promising.

Considering that we see new events in almost every sport, why not introduce a double pursuit, a pursuit based on the results of the pursuit?

I agree, it's hard to get an olympic feeling when everything is potsponed or takes place at the same time. For me there is basically 3-4 hourse of olympics every day, which is sad, considering that for example during the London olympics i watched every day from roughly 8 am to about 10 pm.

good effort by the Japanese girls... but SUI is clearly superior in almost any aspect of the game...skating well and fast doesn't mean that much in this sport (though sometimes it helps)...

As much as i'm happy with the american gold, i feel that this medal is tainted, i mean yea her first run was awesome and she deserves the score, however best competitors were suppose to have 5 runs, not 2, or wait in the final for 26 other people to go before your second run, or not face such bad winds

Chan overscored, no? It doesn't matter anyway, Canada has it in the bag.
