Always the case early in the season, those crashes  It's sort of the cycling version of ring rust after a long winter.

Apparently Roglic is losing Paris against Nice to Schachmann after a fall and a mechanical failure (causing a fall), he's not making up the time.

It's becoming a habit for Roglic to lose a race on the final stage. I don't know, if it's karma for yesterday, but his head was not on the road today. And where the heck were Jumbo in the last 20 or so km of a 90km stage. Very weird day.

Milan - San Remo tomorrow, 300km starting at 09.30....earlier this week, during the Tirreno - Adriatico time trial, the Dutch commentators got an email during the stage that they won't start the live broadcast in the afternoon...but at 09.30 :lol: 

 

Karsten Kroon was not much amused. "I just said I don't mind those long broadcasts....but I was talking about races like the world championships, De Ronde, Paris - Roubaix...races where things actually happen in the first six hours, unlike in Milan - San Remo." :p
