There are according rumors basically only a few details (player eligibility for guys like Bartley, Werek, Smith, Osipov, Lazushin and Pu) that both parties IIHF and China Hockey need to agree on, but even if IIHF does not give them exception to play, it will not change anything on the fact that China is allowed to play the tournament.
