  1. Does anyone have recommendations to watch before the upcoming Goya Awards? I’ve already seen 20,000 Species and Society of the Snow. Close Your Eyes and Robot Dreams are on my list to watch. I’m oblivious to everything else (other than the International films) or ignored them due to mixed reviews.
  2. World Aquatics seems to be particularly bad at wording qualification documents.
  3. There is a possible situation where all end on 4 points.
  4. Logo reveal for the 2026 CAC Games.
  5. @Vektor inspired me to look at my all-time stats. I’ve participated in 11 editions (one more than him ). Juries I’ve given the most points too… 1. - 53 2. - 51 3. - 46 4. - 43 5. - 39 are the only juries to not score points from me in those editions. got close last edition. No jury has ever won my 12 points more than once. all received 12 points from me despite their limited participation. No jury has received points from me in all 11 editions. has been one of my reserves four times.
  6. Honestly, having another NOC would be refreshing.
  7. 100m Free should at least have a good amount of the universality swimmers, so hopefully it won't be comical (like the women's 200m IM in Tokyo).
  8. You can always count on the French to go with something original. I would agree that the front looks “clunky,” but I think these will grow on me over time. I love the nods to the art-deco movement.
  9. No, that’s still the backside. They have similar frontsides.
  10. is officially one of my favorite biathlon podiums
  11. Diving is arguably one of the best examples of how to "waste" Olympic quotas, along with creating a unclear qualification system. It's wild to me that divers qualified in synchro don't have the automatic right to enter individual events. Plus, it wouldn't be the end of the world if nations could qualify composite teams for synchro. Swimming isn't much better, but at least they made a sensible decision to allow additional entires into the open water events.
  12. Some Arctic Winter Games news…
  13. 211 team tournament if we're talking full membership party.
  14. Well, it happened. The United States jury will submit one of the country's top commercial artists for the TISC Annual. Fresh off her win for "Song of The Year" at The Grammys, Billie Eilish. What Was I Made For? - Billie Eilish
  15. You're like the Totallympics version of Carmen Sandiego
  16. Los Angeles. The City of Angels. The City of Stars. The Entertainment Capital of the World.
  17. I just can't believe they gave the final to some c-tier metro area instead of the best city in the country
  18. Yang short track gold medal appears to be going viral on US sports social media at the moment. Weird timing, but alright (it was a great move).
  19. Maybe that's about their formal membership suspension for claiming sports governance over contested Ukrainian territories?
  20. women‘s team for the marathon men’s team will be finalized after the end of the qualification period, since only Mantz and Young have reached the standard.
  21. Finally, a good quota policy in aquatics
