I’m currently being entertained by the elite average games

I wonder what happens to the international sports calendar next year. At this point, I’m only interested in the dates. Personally, I’d prefer October to avoid all the other events, but I know I’m the only who cares about most of the other events that will suffer because of this. I love the Olympics like you guys, but it’s the multi-sports games I really enjoy. So while individual sports move their events, and y’all get a win/win; I end up with a lose/lose I’m a little upset (maybe frustrated is a better word), but that’s life. I was really looking forward to 2021 and it’s 25 multi-sports games, but now I’ll probably have to settle for two years in a row of 1 multi-sport game. Plus, even if all the other games aren’t cancelled, they’ll have the weakest fields in history if their not postponed This is really why I was pulling for 2022. There was more room in my ideal international sports schedule, but I need to remember to “always look on the bright side life!” (dodo, dodo, dodo, dodo ), and remember that I can’t control the uncontrollable in life. I’m still feeling pretty gloomy though. Hopefully my usual upbeat attitude returns soon

There’s arguments to be made for both testing, and not testing people. Originally I favored the Slovak approach to Covid-19, but I’m beginning to like the look of the Dutch response.

Personally, I don’t mind going first. I’m not quite sure about our voting time though. I do like that @dezbee2008 and I have enough influence/mystery that we get two local voting times when everyone else only gets one

We’re split on the logic of 2021 or 2022 (and I’d imagine it might be for the same reason IOC members are split on it as well). I think that will be the big story here. Either way, the international sports calendar is about screwed with a 24 inch dildo

Well the data is still unclear on this virus, but that is how many viruses work. I’m probably not qualified to explain this, but maybe @ChandlerMne could give a simple explanation if he has some time. I believe it has to do with anti-bodies, which is the same stuff scientists use to create vaccines.

And it confirms what we assume to be the truth right now. Do you think the IOC will go with 2021, or should we expect a surprise like 2022 or late 2020?

Unfortunately, Legend of Korra came out when I had stopped watching “kids” shows, of course now I realize that’s a false label, so I’m excited to watch it. I have seen the first season or so. I agree that it’s my favorite of the two, of course it’s only so good because it has such good source material to go off. I like the animation style of Korra more too. One of the best things about both shows (and actually the movie to good extent) is the quality of realism around the bending. Each nation has a distinct style of martial art that resembles the different regions of East Asia. I’ve always heard people say that Aang was a spiritual Avatar that struggled with bending, while Korra was a bending Avatar that struggled with spirit. The shows makes great opposites, and both are pure ART if you ask me. I haven’t quite gotten to Katara’s encounter with Hama yet, but I eagerly await it. I like how they expand on that idea in Korra as well. It’s interesting that Katara didn’t teach Korra that. I love taking Avatar shows, so it’s great to know there’s more fans of the show on here.

Is it animated, or live-action? I know a little Spanish, so with some subtitles on, it might be enjoyable for me.

As someone who lives is similarly unaffordable state/country, I can say with absolute certainty that hosing prices will kill you before Covid-19 can Yeah from the stories I’ve heard, if you’ve been exposed to someone who has the virus, it’s almost guaranteed you’ll catch. Luckily your young(ish) and presumably healthy, so the statistics are much in your favor. Plus, you can live your life with a lot less fear than the rest of us once this is over for you

I’m not a huge fan of animated/cartoon shows, but I’ve been rewatching Avatar the Last Airbender on Netflix and loving it (thanks vpn). I really forgot how awesome that series was. I’m on Book 3 (season 3) now, so I’m hoping to finish it by the end of this week, and the move onto the Legend of Korea. I’m also eagerly awaiting Netflix’s live-action adaptation.
