An African Diving qualifier from December 18-20 in Durban. An Oceanian Diving qualifier from November 30-December 1 in Brisbane. Not sure how accurate these are.

  21. Yes, this was definitely the boldest of the one's I listed. But this year, he was 6th in the 50m freestyle (21.73) and 7th in the 100m freestyle (47.94) which was his breakout long course meet and he's still 21. With another year of long course training, he has a chance. Probably not a great chance but it's still possible.

  23. Kenya, yes. Oceania doesn't have their own confederation so Australia won't be an issue. Right now, Canada is one spot outside from qualifying through rankings.
