There's some additional info on swimswam. World Aquatics Outlines New Olympic Swimming Qualification Systems Ahead of IOC Approval The trade off is that any athlete with an A-standard or relay swimmer can swim an unlimited number of individual events regardless of whether or not they have the A-standard in that event as long as there's not more than two athletes from an NOC in that event.

Well looks like I picked a great session to accidentally sleep in Rogers throw is the 2nd furthest throw ever. Other results: Foster Malleck unfortunately fell in his semi-final. Excited about his future though. Desgagnes finished 13th in the steeplechase final.

During the NCAA season you run something like 20 competitive races and 400m races are some of the most difficult races. It's hard to taper for both NCAA's and World Championships.
