  1. I'm going to post the girls rankings soon! Yeah, World Aquatics ranking systems really sucks. They haven't updated it at all since the world championships (besides the World Junior times). I had to check additional meets like the European U23's and Commonwealth Youth Games + other US meets. Thanks for posting your rankings. I completely forgot about Nuotos' rankings. I've combined our two rankings in the post above with the new times that I could verify. However, I think there's a few suspicious things. I could not find the times above from the Irish Summer Championships. There is no way that Omar Khedr's 3:26.26 400m freestyle time is real. Also a lot of birthday's are listed as January 1st, 2005 . I've already verified that William Petric and another Japanese swimmer had 2004 birthday's. Still not sure which year's some Russian and Chinese swimmers were born in since there's so little information on them. I'll keep them on the rankings for now.
  2. 2023 World Junior Rankings: Boys Edition So now that World Juniors are over, I thought it would be interesting to compile a complete list of junior rankings for each event (swimmers born in 2005 or later) since we were missing a lot of names at the championships. The problem is there isn't one website that has a complete set of rankings because the World Aquatics site is as slow as a turtle when it comes to updating results and they don't have every meeting. I had to explore a few additional major senior and junior meets to come up with these rankings so please let me know if there's any result I'm missing. These are just the boys rankings. I'll do the girls rankings later. Freestyle: Backstroke: Breaststroke: Butterfly: Medley:

Semifinals: Men's 100m Freestyle: Williamson, Sommerville, Sansone, Passafaro, Blackman, Nenadic, Senc-Samardzic, Ballarati In one of the biggest shocks of the meet, top seeded Flynn Southam fails to make the final in 10th place. Women's 100m Butterfly: Hirai, Shackley, Hartman, Pudar, Jansen, Kim, Raymond, Boyd Women's 50m Freestyle: Wunsch, Curtis, Olasewere, Larsen, Casey, Pedersen, Slusna, Lee Olivia Wunsch was absolutely on fire today with a time of 24.70. Medal Standings
  9. Notably another National age group records from Wigginton in the 400 IM. 4:12.81. Now just 0.31 from the OQT. Also nice to see Jansen bounce back after a rough double yesterday.
  10. Well, we're going to get the anticipated Canada vs USA game after all
  11. Yeah, during the 2016-20 period, most of our young talent was in the 100/200m distances. Now during this period, it seems like most of our young talent is now in the 200/400m distances which is still great but doesn't bode as well for the sprint relays. But as we saw with Lepage, talent can emerge from out of nowhere very quickly so hopefully we can find some new sprint talent soon
  12. Great win by the Lions! Chiefs were badly missing Kelce tonight. Hopefully Kadrius Toney brought a bodyguard to the stadium with him.
