You're really good at making me feel old!!! And my co-workers still think of me as a baby. A Canadian having no memory of Vancouver 2010 is just something they my mind can't process yet.

Other than a long course world record, she's accomplished everything you can in this sport. Will never forget waking up at 4 in 2019 to see her upset Sjoestroem in the 100 fly and then becoming an Olympic Champion two years later. She'll always be a legend.

At the ACC time trial today, Chris Guiliano swam a 47.49 100m freestyle. That checks in as the 5th fastest American performer of all time. US 4x100m relay in good shape heading into this summer.

In swimming, Summer McIntosh should be a heavy favourite to win the women's 400m Individual Medley. And if she doesn't swim the 800m freestyle (which seems very likely), then Ledecky should be a lock in that event too.

His time is now officially on the "Road to Paris" rankings. Being 12th in the rankings with an indoor time is wild!

Now that both the 2023 and 2024 World Championships are over, it's a good time to look at which countries are eligible for universalities. Looking at the entry lists for both championships, we can compile a rough list of which countries are eligible.
