@DaniSRB Purely out of curiousity, do these things usually go well? I would have expected these teams would be separated in qualifying groups (same with Turkey/Azerbaijan and Armenia for example), so I was surprised to see this match for today and then got curious

Two weeks before the voting window closes and I've already listened 8 (randomly chosen) songs I'm noticing in general I find the level to be higher than in the previous few contests, where I had trouble giving a note of 8 to even one song, whereas now I already gave it to three -
I thought he retired like 6-7 years ago Maybe because that's when I went to Netherlands - Brazil with my Brazilian now ex-girlfriend and she taught me a lot about the likes of Dante Amaral and Bernardinho and how they are so famous in Brazil, but after that I never heard anything about them anymore (ok, that's easy when you don't really follow volleyball..).

Not sure about the first question, but as for the boycott: I know USA, Canada, Czech Republic and Ukraine won't go there. As far as I know, the major nations will be there though..
