  1. Time for Moto3 in a few minutes, finally! Full grid: http://resources.motogp.com/files/results/2018/QAT/Moto3/WUP/Grid.pdf?v3_c4ffb779 No Suzuki and Arenas. Suzuki broke his wrist yesterday, Arenas crashed in today's warm-up and broke his collarbone.
  2. Herzog thought she won the 500m, and then, minutes later, the time of Russian Golikova gets changed to a 0,10 seconds (!) faster time all of a sudden resulting in Golikova as winner Yeah, this fits perfectly in this insane farce of a World Cup final.
  3. The first Japanese podium even, not counting a Japanese win in a 'Mass start B' in Oslo in 1999.
  4. And Kuzmina is back in the chase group, she swallowed another motorbike for breakfast.
  5. Wierer is having an epic race so far, from 39th to 9th. Too bad it's a pursuit.
  6. That's what I said like one or two posts earlier
  7. The sport I'm most nervous about in terms of retirements. At least Laura Dahlmeier has said she won't retire yet, so that's a load off my mind
  8. If it keeps going like this, with these bullshit extreme weather protocal calls, I'm guessing Paris - Roubaix will have a maximum of one cobble section by 2025, when Milan - San Remo is not longer than 150km and the Tour de France can have exactly one HC climb, because otherwise it's 'too hard for the human body'.
  9. Aaaaaaand it's gone. Race shortened and there's only some cobbles in the local lap at the end.
  10. Well this looks promising.
  11. Three athletes in Nordic combined have retired/are going to retire: - Mikko Kokslien (NOR) is retired since last week - Jason Lamy Chappuis (FRA) will retire (again) after today's competition in Klingenthal - Björn Kircheisen (GER) will retire after the season's final in Schonach
  12. And that's the end of the season, men's slalom has been cancelled too
  13. It's on another course and the Dutch commentator said it looked like that one will go ahead. Nothing official though
  14. Women's giant slalom final has been cancelled. The only right decision, seeing as the course workers are barely even able to stand on their feet in this wind.
  15. Hard to say. For example Sven Kramer is sort of injured and I guess there's no reason for him to risk getting hurt more just for a World Cup (which doesn't mean that much considering he's got 9 world allround titles for starters)
  16. New York - Orlando in the MLS has been delayed....because Orlando got lost on their way to the stadium
  17. Will he do anything that actually helps in solving an economical crisis, or will he keep with stuff like "hey! put vegetables in your garden! and milk a cow!" that's of course not gonna help in the long run?
  18. At the NCAA women's tournament, this happened (UConn eventually made 140 points)
  19. Only a year ago since Bolshunov's debut btw I knew Spitsov was new this season, but I honestly thought Bolshunov has been around for 1-2 years longer
  20. Swedish cross-country skiing couple Anna Haag and Emil Jönsson have announced their retirement after tomorrow's World Cup final in Falun.
  21. Is it just me, or did Halfvarsson look like he 'said' (with his hands) "this is not possible" when Bolshunov outsprinted him like that?
  22. Pole for Zarco Marquez and Petrucci with him on the front row, Crutchlow, Dovizioso and Rins on the second row and Pedrosa, Rossi, Lorenzo on the third.
  23. Yeah, because you've easily got 10 seconds to react when all of a sudden an obstacle appears 2 meters in front of you
  24. Ewan with his tongue on the asphalt, as per usual.
