  1. actually, Scutto's gold has already made this tournament a success, the team has already exceeded my expectations I was quite sure we didn't get a single player in the final block this time (given the very poor season our guys have had so far)
  2. Today's good: Matteo Galassi, junior World silver medallist a few weeks ago and now also senior European silver medallist at his first major event among the big boys Cuomo and Santarelli, still better than expected Today's bad: Davide Di Veroli, just another wasted chance for the defending champion the usual sh*t: the women's sabre...no personality, no results...one moment of light followed by the usual darkness (when it's a good day) inconclusive, irritating...and nothing changes despite all the recent mixing up of the federation and of the team staff
  3. Day #3 women's -57kg Gold: Eteri Liparteliani Silver: Momo Tamaoki Bronze: Shirlen Nascimento & Sarah Leonie Cysique Draw https://www.ijf.org/competition/2877/draw?id_weight=10 men's -73kg Gold: Joan-Benjamin Gaba Silver: Daniel Cargnin Bronze: Tatsuki Ishihara & Makhmadbek Makhmadbekov Draw https://www.ijf.org/competition/2877/draw?id_weight=3
  4. still, some of those fights were robberies (also Today's one vs Ishihara) however, also Today he did in both the semifinal and the medal match the same stupid mistake...he might not be the smartest and winningest judo player, but I think there's something wrong also in the handle (aka, the coaching staff), you just can't do always the same thing and go unpunished
  5. so, also the classic Munich stage is over dominated the field (4 gold medals for them) ahead of and that claimed 2 gold medals each and also got some success (1 gold medal) in total, only 8 Nations got at least 1 medal (no matter the color) next stage, Lonato del Garda, the Mecca of Shotgun Shooting (4th through 14th of July)

  15. Day #1 women's -48kg GMM: Assunta Scutto vs Abiba Abuzhakynova BMMs: Wakana Koga vs Shirine Boukhli & Laura Martinez Abelenda vs Sabina Giliazova men's -60kg GMM: Ryuju Nagayama vs Romain Valadier Picard BMMs: Yolk Kazirbyek vs Michel Augusto & Marton Andrasi vs Ayub Bliev
  16. Assuntinaaaa!!!!! 2nd world final in a row and 4th consecutive world medal for Assunta Scutto shame she didn't perform as expected in Paris and surprise, surprise...no in the GMM against her, instead, she'll face her arch-rival, Abiba Abuzhakynova
  17. women's 10m Air Pistol Gold: Inder Singh Suruchi Silver: Camille Jedrzejewski Bronze: Yao Qianxun Full Results & Rankings https://www.issf-sports.org/competitions/3271/results
  20. men's 10m Air Rifle Gold: Ilia Marsov Silver: Jon-Hermann Hegg Bronze: Sheng Lihao Full Results & Rankings https://www.issf-sports.org/competitions/3271/results
  21. I have no idea obviously the targets are always the same, but the environmental conditions must be something particularly favourable to the athletes (lights, settings...something else I just can't imagine) but it's a fact that in Munich there are always the highest scores among the big events
  23. strong favourite in the women's Foil, world no.1 Martina Favaretto is out due to injury she's been replaced by Alice Volpi
  24. women's 50m 3-Position Rifle Gold: Jeanette Hegg Duestad Silver: Emely Jaeggi Bronze: Sift Kaur Samra Full Results & Rankings https://www.issf-sports.org/competitions/3271/results
