  1. Croatian delegation had a little tour up in Highlands before leaving for Brighton for the Opening ceremonies. We are staying in the most marvelous place in Highlands, the Knockdow House (our criteria was 5* accommondation ). We're in Brighton for the final now. We may go back and forth to Scotland tomorrow, before the closing ceremony. Depends on our budget...
  2. Anyone excited for the Grand Final? TISC analytics will continue the tradition of following the leader's average score per jury. Most of the updates to come on judging breaks. Let's not forget The Committee of Key Nations (nations that always give some points to the eventual winner). 7 of those are competing here. Draw has been quite favourable, with most of them coming later on. And here's a map of voting. Good luck everyone.
  3. You have a problem with Malaysia?
  4. Yeah, because it's not enough that Australia hosts 2018 edition.
  5. I predicted that everyone will destroy 10-0
  6. Mr. Medicott is competing here, that's just amazing. This horse competed all the way back at the 2008 Olympics, and actually, he is the only 2008 Olympic horse that still competes internationally. Leader after dressage phase is Clark Montgomery, with an amazing score of 33.6
  7. This reminds of that Hitchcock's horror movie about birds.
  8. Croatia opened the parade of nations. Wonderful opening ceremony, some really cool segments.
  9. But you know how it is, tripartite commissions always like to keep everything under wraps, no matter what the games are.
  10. Andrea Baxter just finished her round with a horse Indy 500... I think @heywoodu would approve that name.
  11. It looked like Livio was gonna stay there, but the last two riders said "no, no". Excellent performance for Jess Phoenix to end the day! This competition also marks the introduction of the new dressage tests into eventing. Some elements have been added, some removed, but overall it looks very nice. Perhaps there will be a few alterations, but looks like these ones will be for Tokyo, among other events.
  12. That was a decent round for Daniela Moguel & Cecelia, relatively speaking. However, cross-country Saturday is definitely the strong point of these two. Just few more to go on day 1. Maxime Livio is the current leader with 44.6 penalties.
  13. So the Rolex Kentucky 3-day event just started today, with the first day of dressage. Don't know why, but every time I watch this event it's gloomy and windy in Kentucky. This year seems to be no exception.

  15. Ready for dinner?
  16. That's because of a lack of progress in venue construction and concerns about the equine health issues in Indonesia. Events may as well be reallocated to another country.
  17. Watch out for these suspicious looking birds that can be spotted on the island.
  18. I'll make you eat your own words.
  19. There's a rumour going around that the organizers secretly don't want their Irish rivals to attend the Finals, so that's why they've been sent to such isolated island...
  20. People who still didn't get the voting templates... Prepare to be amazed.
  21. Wow, these videos are incredible... And so sad.
  22. It's almost as if the goal is to fall as many times as possible.
  23. Still, after taking a quick look at some videos, there seems to be less difference between the two than between halfpipe and slopestyle...
