For Coltescu was easiest to show Hategan who must be sent off by telling the colour of his skin. If ref wanted to be racist then he would called him nigga, gypsy or any other thing, not a black guy. About Simona's case, the fact that she said that and the fact that nobody reacted or punished Garcia are two different things.
