In Women's K4 Hungary, Belarus, New Zealand, Poland, Ukraine, Russia should easily qualify, and France, Australia, and Germany will fight for the last 2 slots. I honestly wouldn't be that surprised if Germany will the one to not make it. 
 
Men's K4 will be a clusterfuck. Germany and Slovakia are the safest and will fight for the gold, but after that... oh boy.  Based on the SF times Portugal and France are the weakest, but it will be really close. 
 
Edit: Because of the reallocation it can also matter who finishes in the 8th place in Men's K4.
