2018 was a year to remember for me in terms of sports. It started of with me attending the Olympics, a dream I have had since I was 9! The World Cup brought some good matches and overall we have had some solid moments in sports this year. The year before the [Summer] Olympics is usually considered the busiest of the quadrennial, so here is hoping to more action next year!

I think it may in fact be Cuba. They withdrew from the Pan Am Games qualification tournament citing the team's performance. So if they think they are not good enough for the Pan Am Region, why would they compete in a world tournament?

Track cycling +1 Can confirm Suriname has gotten a quota, working to confirm the rest. The Pan Am Cycling federation is by far the worst federation (Pan Am or Globally) I have come across. No surprise they are based in Cuba.
